Early morning game drives offer the best chances to see predators in action before the heat of the day sets in. The Seronera Valley teems with life—from territorial male lions to elusive leopards lurking in acacia trees. You may also witness interactions between hyenas and vultures around a fresh kill. Enjoy a bush picnic lunch in a shaded area before continuing to other wildlife-rich zones, such as the Retima Hippo Pool. Your experienced guide will tailor the day’s route based on animal movements and your interests. Drive to Ndutu via Game Drive – Southern Serengeti: After breakfast, depart camp
This drive doubles as an extended game drive, with chances to spot elephants, lions, and cheetahs along the way. Arrive in the vast open plains of Ndutu by early afternoon, where you’ll begin a focused game drive in this critical migration corridor. From December to March, the Ndutu area hosts the wildebeest calving season—thousands of newborns attracting a host of predators. Even outside the migration period, the area is rich with year-round wildlife. Enjoy an afternoon of game viewing before arriving at your intimate bush camp Overnight: Ndutu Heritage Camp

Full-Day Safari in Ndutu Plains
Spend the entire day exploring Ndutu’s open plains, lakeshores, and woodland habitats. Your guide will track wildlife based on seasonal movements, offering opportunities to witness dramatic chases between predators and prey. The region’s alkaline lakes—Ndutu and Masek—draw flamingos, waterbirds, and thirsty herds of wildebeest and zebras. With luck, you may spot large prides of lions, solitary leopards, or playful hyena cubs near den sites. Enjoy a packed lunch in the wild and continue your exploration into the late afternoon. Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Transfer to Karatu
After an early departure from Ndutu, head toward the Ngorongoro Crater, a wildlife haven with one of the highest densities of animals in Africa. Descend 600 meters into the caldera for a full-day game drive. The crater is home to endangered black rhinos, large tusker elephants, lions, buffalos, hippos, and countless bird species. Your guide will help spot wildlife among the crater’s varied landscapes—lush forests, grasslands, swamps, and the central soda lake. After a picnic lunch near a hippo pool, ascend the crater rim and continue to Karatu, a peaceful highland town where you’ll spend the night. Overnight: Marera Mountain View Lodge

Fly-Out Day – Kilimanjaro View or Zanzibar Extension
This morning, guests will split for customized experiences: 2 Clients will be transferred to Lake Manyara Airstrip for a flight to Arusha Airport. Upon arrival, a private driver will take them to Moshi for a guided Mount Kilimanjaro scenic tour, weather permitting. Enjoy views of the mountain from strategic viewpoints and local coffee farms, followed by lunch and check-in at a serene lodge. Overnight: Weru Weru River Lodge (Moshi) 2 Clients will fly from Lake Manyara Airstrip to Zanzibar for a beach holiday (Zanzibar activities not included).

Kilimanjaro Guests: After breakfast at Weru Weru River Lodge, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your international flight. If time allows, enjoy souvenir shopping or a short town tour before departure. Zanzibar Guests: Continue with your beach stay or return to the airport for onward travel, depending on your arrangements.
